Last night Dave and I had our "Release Meeting". The purpose of this meeting is to finalize all of our upgrades and specifics about the house.
We had to make decisions like where to put the light switches, and the cable outlets, etc. I didn't realize how difficult that would be! Try looking at a 2 inch block on a piece of paper, that is supposedly your "living room" and place a 4 inch light switch plate!
So, now our plans go to the builder and they draw up the blueprints for our house. Since I am a type A personality, they have warned me on several occasions that this next step will take about 4-6 weeks, because we have to wait for all of our permits. Bummer!
Is it ready yet???
